Ben has worked in basketball for the last 30 years. A career defined by a love for the game and a commitment to growing it from the ground up. As General Manager of the City of Sydney Basketball Association, Ben built one of the most active grassroots basketball networks in NSW.

A decorated competitor himself, Ben claimed a silver medal at the 2012 London Paralympics — bringing elite performance experience into everything he builds at ProBall. His coaching philosophy is personal, hands-on, and deeply invested in each athlete's long-term growth.

With over 40 years coaching basketball, Rex Nottage is widely regarded as the GOAT of shooting in NSW. His résumé spans the highest levels of the game — NSW Director of Coaching, NSW ITC Coach, SEABL Coach, NBL Coach, and representative coach for NSW State and Australian national teams.

As Director of Basketball at Newington College, Rex built one of the most decorated school basketball programs in the country — 624–148 win-loss record, 6 state championships, 10 GPS titles, and top-three finishes in 11 of the last 16 Australian School Championships. Dozens of his players went on to US college programs.

Alex is a passionate junior basketball coach based in Sydney, dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. With a background in community sport and a degree in physical education, Alex focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence building. Known for high energy training sessions and a supportive coaching style, he helps players grow their skills while fostering a love for the game.

Alex has coached under 12 and under 14 teams to representative finals and takes pride in creating inclusive environments where every player feels valued and motivated to improve. He mentors aspiring assistant coaches.
