1. Paying for Memberships
Membership fees are purchased on GloFox. They are paid in advance, monthly, by direct debit from a bank account or credit card.

- You inform us if you are transferring or closing your account at least 72 hours before the next direct debit
- You inform us of any changes to your credit card, such as expiry date or number, at least 72 hours before your next direct debit.
3. What Happens If Your Payment Is Declined or Fails for Any Reason?
If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, ProBall will suspend access to ProBall classes until any outstanding balance has been paid and you have given us your updated account details if they are required. ProBall will continue to debit your nominated account without notice, until ProBall have received the total amount you owe. ProBall will make a reasonable effort to advise you on the status of the failed payments by phoning you or emailing you before suspending your account. For membership/s in your name, you must make sure that the payment method you choose remains valid for the length of your agreement. This includes third-party accounts. If the details you give us fail, you are liable for all resulting fees. You should update your details and are obligated to complete your minimum term of payments.
4. Can ProBall Change Your Agreement?
ProBall may sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the training times, the ProBall services and facilities and membership fees. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply. If ProBall do not fulfil our obligations to you, you may be able to cancel your membership. Unless the law states otherwise, you won’t have any other claim against ProBall if this happens.

5. Can ProBall Increase Your Fees?
ProBall reserve the right to increase your fees at any time. ProBall will make a reasonable effort to tell you about this at least 28 days’ beforehand by writing to the email address you last gave us. ProBall will consider that you have received our email on the second business day after it is sent. Where ProBall have made a reasonable effort to let you know about a fee increase, you authorise us to increase any debits from your nominated account.

6. Academy Membership Cancellations
Your Academy Membership (training only) can be cancelled anytime with a minimum 4 weeks’ written notice. You will be charged for the 4 weeks’ notice period.

7. Competition Membership Cancellations
During school terms 1, 2 and 3, your Competition Membership can be terminated at the conclusion of the current season (the day after the Grand Final). In school term 4, your Competition Membership can be terminated on the last day of the public-school term.
Each season, there is a designated opt-out period, which we will communicate in advance. Members must notify us within this period if they wish to opt out for the following season. If no opt-out request is received during this time, the membership will automatically continue into the next season.
8. Use of Your Image
You agree to allow ProBall to take videos and photos to use for promotional purposes from time to time.

9. Class Booking & Cancellation Policy
All trainings must be booked prior to attending due to class number limitations, legal and safety reasons. If you’re booked into a training and unable to attend, you must cancel on Glofox.

10. Insurance
I understand that the player participates at his or her own risk and responsibility. I release, indemnify and hold harmless ProBall, its appointed coaches, officials, staff and/or volunteers from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by the player, on the player’s behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to the player or his or her property.
I acknowledge and understand that ProBall carries only minimal insurance. It is my responsibility to arrange adequate insurance cover. There may be no or inadequate treatment or transport available to the player if injured. I permit ProBall to arrange for any medical attention (including ambulance transport) that may be deemed necessary for the player and agree to pay for all and any medical expense incurred.
11. School and Public Holidays
ProBall memberships are valid throughout the school year, including during school holidays.
Please note that the ProBall Academy will not run on public holidays, including Easter and other long weekends. Memberships will remain active during these periods, and sessions will resume immediately afterward.
12. Competition Registration
Some Associations and competitions may choose to charge a player registration to play in their competition. This will be an additional charge payable directly to the Association.
13. Joining a Team
Once you have purchased a Competition Membership, ProBall will endeavour to find a position in a ProBall team asap. Depending on the time of your registration, this may be at the start of the next season. You may start attending Academy trainings as soon as this Competition Membership is purchased in preparation for joining a team.
14. ProBall Uniforms
All ProBall members, including Academy members, are required to purchase a ProBall uniform through GloFox. Members must wear the ProBall uniform for Academy practices and all games.
During Academy practice, players must wear a T-shirt or singlet underneath their ProBall singlet to allow for colour changes during practice sessions.
Players are strictly prohibited from wearing any attire other than the ProBall uniform when representing ProBall in games.
